Century. This delicious,

Oolong Tea
Oolong Tea, also known as
“Blue-Green” Tea, is a kind of
semi-fermented tea and one of
the major categories of Chinese
tea produced in Taiwan. The
production of authentic Oolong
teas is restricted to a few
geographic regions of China and
Taiwan, where the proper tea
plants and artisan techniques
can be found. Oolong tea is
prized for its body-slimming and
digestive functions, as well as
its great flavor. It is often
served with a meal.

Green Tea
Green Tea is the most common and
earliest type of tea produced
and consumed in all of China’s
major tea cultivation zones. The
various green teas of China and
Japan, many of which can only be
produced by local masters, can
be classified according to the
geographical region of harvest
and the variety of tea plant.
Often Green Teas are scented
using a purely natural technique
of infusing the essential aroma
of fresh picked flowers into
tealeaves without adding
perfumes or added flavors.

White Tea
White teas are China’s rare tea
treasures, harvested for only a
brief period each spring.
They get their name from
a specific tea plant variety, as
well as a particular
post-harvest processing method
which raises small silvery hairs
on the dried tealeaves and buds.
Recent research in the U.S.A.
reports that white teas, in
comparison to other tea, have
the highest concentration of the
anti-oxidant group known as “catechins”.
White teas have less caffeine
and a milder, less grassy flavor
than most green teas.
