2019 - Organic. Already bottled, the 2016 Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu Cuvée des Galets checks in as a blend of 60% Grenache and 20% each of Syrah and Mourvèdre. Brought up all in concrete, it reveals beautiful notes of violets, black raspberries, wild strawberries and hints of garrigue.
