1. When can I pick up the wine? Club members can pick up their wine(s) after the 15th of each month at their designated pick up location.
2. When will my credit card be billed? Your credit card will be billed on the first of each month for the number of months you selected or if you are purchasing the 'Month to Month' option, your credit card will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription.
3. How do I cancel my 'Month to Month' subscription? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. If I can't make it in to pickup the wine for a month or two is that ok? Of course. Stop by when it is convenient. An email reminder may be made to those who have not picked up their wine by the 30th but we often hold onto wine for months for people.
5. Can we give the membership as a gift? Definitely. Barriques Wine Clubs make great gifts. If you are giving the wine club membership as a gift, please indicate the recipients name & email address in the text box above. No notification will be sent to the recipient by Barriques. However, you will receive a link to download a certificate that you can fill out and give to the recipient which will explain how the club works and what benefits they receive as members of a Barriques Wine of the Month Club.
